There is an urgent need to keep the core Minnesotan identity alive – a state that is welcoming, open and inclusive. is a collaboration of individuals and organizations working to keep Minnesota welcoming, open, inclusive, innovative and creative. has a vision for, “Civic engagement and empowerment of Minnesotans to establish mutual prosperity and a shared vision towards racial equity and social and economic inclusion with sustainable development.”

For over a decade has operated as an organic group of individuals and organizations coming together around various issues from redistricting to hosting gubernatorial forums or to advocate for policies to grow the economic assets of the ALANA (African Latino Asian and Native American) communities of Minnesota.

After a year of deliberation, has relaunched with new core partners: Common Cause-Minnesota, Chai.News, Color the Vote, Metro Independent Business Alliance, Minnesota Broadcasters Association, Minnesota Indian Business Alliance, and the Wilkins Center for Human Relations and Social Justice, Humphrey School. occupies a unique space offering a multi-ethnic voice, unaffiliated with any political party yet offering a voice in the democratic process, integrating business, social and economic interests while working towards a vision of racial equity and shared prosperity for all Minnesotans. is hosting a Big Idea forum on a topic critical for Minnesota today – Think & Act Long Term for Shared Prosperity and Equity. The need to develop long term integrated strategies to grow ALANA assets in Minnesota. Presenters are:
